– Before using for the fi rst time, fully charge the battery (3-4 hours) so
as to prolong its life. (see Charging Instructions)
– Feed glue sticks in to the rear of the tool.
– Use only Rapid glue sticks recommended.
– Press on/off button for approx. 2 sec , Green LED will fl ash for
approx. 20 sec, and remain green fi x when ready for use.
– When using the tool for the fi rst time, press the trigger several times
to fi ll the heating chamber with adhesive. It may also be necessary
to give the glue stick a short push to help it move in.
– Place the nozzle of the tool against the surface and press gently on
the trigger to extrudeglue.
– Place the second element in contact with the glue, if need be adjust
it and press parts together for an average of 10 seconds.
– Never pull/remove a glue stick from the tool once is has been fed
into the tool. The resultant molten glue could create irreparable
damage to the tool.
– Once fi nished, push the on/off button for approx. 2 sec.
– When the battery is almost discharged, the LED will alternately fl ash
from red to green.
– For safety reason if no use for approx. 3 min, the glue gun will auto-
matically switch it off.
