Possible problems and their
removal
Power extension cable and work coils are considered as
the most common causes of problems.
If you have any problems, follow these steps:
1) check the value of the supplied mains voltage
2) Check that the power cord is securely connected to
the socket and the main power switch
3) check that the fuses or circuit breaker are OK
4) if you are using an extension cord, check its length,
cross section and connection
Inspect the following sections for defects:
- main switch of the distribution network
- power socket and main switch of the machine
The device is designed so that when it is overloaded, it
is temporarily blocked. The work coils have no thermal
overload protection. The duty cycle of the coils is set at
2 minutes of operation and 2 minutes of cooling.
Note: Despite your required technical skills, necessary
for the repair of the equipment, in case of damage, we
recommend that you contact our contractual service
partners or the service department of our company.

Maintenance

WARNING: Disconnect the appliance from the mains
before carrying out any inspections or maintenance in-
side the machine! When planning the maintenance of
the machine, the extent and circumstances of the use
of the machine must be taken into account. Careful use
and preventive maintenance help prevent unnecessary
malfunctions and defects. if required by the operating
conditions of the machine, it is necessary to select in-
spection and maintenance intervals more frequently.
Especially in conditions where the machine works in a
very dusty environment with conductive dust, we choo-
se the interval twice per month.
Regular maintenance and inspection
always check the condition of the power supply before
using the device cable. Do not use damaged cables.
Perform a visual inspection:
- power supply network
- cover
- control and indication elements
- general condition
Note: Never use solvents or thinners (eg acetone, etc.)
as they may damage plastic parts and inscriptions. The
device may only be repaired by a qualified electrician.
For grease, oils and dirt that is more difficult to remove,
use freely available non-volatile cleaning agents. allow
all components to dry before using the device again. Do
not immerse any parts of the device in water or other
liquids. Do not wash the device with running water.
Do not use volatile organic compound cleaners such
as benzine, benzene, kerosene, methyl ethyl ketone
(mEK), fuel oil, brake cleaner, paint remover and thi-
nner, paint or varnish remover, plastic self-adhesive sol-
vents, etc. These substances cause fire and causes the
polymeric materials used in the equipment to harden
or dissolve. Do not use heat sources, heaters, burners,
microwave ovens or gas ovens, etc. to dry the appliance
and its parts after cleaning.
Spare parts
Original spare parts have been specially designed for
these machines. The use of non-genuine spare parts
may cause differences in performance or reduce the
expected level of safety. The manufacturer declines re-
sponsibility for the use of non-original spare parts.
