Heating timer setting
- Placing the switch in the „---" position will occur af-
ter pressing control button on the torch to automatic
completion of the process in 0.5 s.
- Placing the switch in the „==" position will occur
when pressed control button on the torch to auto-
matic process completion in 1.0 s.
- By placing the switch in the „0" position, it takes
place after pressing control button on the torch
continuous process heating, which is interrupted by
releasing the control button or by overloading the
machine.

Working coils

Front / side mounting coils
Coils are designed for heating nuts, fasteners, removal
of sealing materials, loosening of door hinges, exhaust
pipe bolts, sensors and wherever these coils can be
used (can be slid in). The life of the coil can be extended
by cleaning the heated material from corrosion, paints,
lubricants, etc. another important Prolonging service
life is to prevent unnecessary overheating of the ma-
terial. We recommend heating between 2 seconds of
heating and 2 seconds of cooling. it is not necessary to
heat up to the red color of the material to allow the
material. heat the material for a while 2 seconds and
try to enable. if this fails, repeat this interval.
Flat coils
The flat coil is intended for heating flat sheets and for
straightening smaller dents in car bodies by heating.
The flat coil is also designed for easy removal of stickers,
rubbers, seals, sealants and the like by heating the base
material - magnetic material.
Flexible coils
it can be shaped according to the specific requirements
of the user and everywhere where mounting coils can-

not be used. it is used to loosen the bearings of axles,
ball pins, etc. Fasten one end of the coil in the electrode
hole, wrap the free end around the heated part and
fasten the other end in the electrode hole. We reco-
mmend creating at least 2 - 4 threads.
Body repair head
a special heating head is used to repair small dents car
bodies and other equipment. The repair is based on
stretching and shrinking of the material. The damaged
area must always be heated along its edges. During this
operation, it is necessary to use the timer function for
0.5 s or 1 s. We do not recommend heating the same
points repeatedly, painted parts could be damaged.

Application examples

Removal of dents
hold the coil at a distance of 10 - 25 mm above the dent
and move it with small circular movements in the area
outside the crown of the dent and slowly approach.
Once the dent shrinks, deflect the spool and cool the
dent with a damp cloth. if it dents pull back in, repeat
the procedure and make sure the crown is warming up.
CauTiON: if smoke starts to escape from the heated
area, stop heating immediately - this could damage
the surface material modifications. Yellow spots may
appear on white and light finishes.
Removal of glued parts
The spool can be used to remove various stickers glued
rubber linings, seals, which are glued to sheet metal or
metal material - eg in the automotive industry, services,
etc. The coil is used to heat the base material and thus
soften or harden the adhesive, sealant, etc. We reco-
mmend keeping the coil at a distance of about 5 - 15
mm from the heated material - by changing the distan-
ce it is possible to regulate the required one tempera-
ture and heating rate.
