respecting local specific conditions. material heating is
always specified as an operation with fire risk. heating
in places with flammable or with Explosive materials
are strictly forbidden! There must always be fire extin-
guishers at the work station.

preventing accidents.
• Do not use worn or damaged work coils.
• Check the work coils and power cables to make sure
that their insulation is not damaged or that the wires
are not loose in the connections.
• Never touch any part of the electrical circuit.
Warning: This device is not intended for use in living
spaces where electricity is supplied low voltage system.
They can occur here possible problems with ensuring
electromagnetic compatibility in these areas, caused by
line propagation interference as well as radiated inter-
ference.
Raw materials and waste
• These machines are built of materials that do not
contain for users of toxic or toxic substances.
• During the disposal phase, the device is disassem-
bled, its individual the components are either dispo-
sed of ecologically or used for further processing.

Preparation

Before using the device, check the power cord and han-
dle for damage. When handling accessories always turn
off the machine from the electrical outlet and allow to
cool thoroughly.
1. Slide the required accessories into the prepared ones
fork holes or slide on the burner forks.
2. Set the required device power according to the reco-
mmended table settings.
3. Connect the power cord to a properly grounded stan-
dardized one outlet and turn on the device.
4. Place a suitable clip on the damaged area and acti-
vate it button on the burner to start the heating pro-
cess.
5. Gently push the used clip into the damaged one du-
ring heating places. The depth of melting depends on
the thickness of the joined material. The recommen-
ded location is a means of thickness.
6. When the appropriate location is reached, release
the trigger button, wait for the material to cool and
then disconnect the torch from the clip.
7. remove the protruding part of the clip with pliers.
8. The crack surface can be smoothed with a melting
knife a then apply other surface treatments (putty,
varnish etc.)
Recommendation: Keep a distance of 3-5 mm
between the working coil and the heated ma-
terial. Excessive wear causes the working coil
to wear excessively. With a larger distance, the
heating efficiency decreases. after heating,
place the handle with the heating coil in a safe
and non-flammable place until the heating coil
has completely cooled down. Then switch off
the device with the main switch and disconne-
ct it from the mains.
CAUTION: The work coil and heated material
reach high temperatures and can cause severe
burns or fire. Observe the rules of work safety
and fire protection when handling.
