- the orange/brown wire connect to the orange/brown wire of the terminal board B21
(white).
- the grey/black wire connect to the black/red wire of the terminal board A 43 (black).
- Put the removed wires into the blue 6-pole terminal board (B). Connect the fitted blue ter-
minal board to the blue terminal board of the towing coupling electric installation harness.

- Fuse box - fuse ATO 15 A, fuse ATO 20 A (Fig. 15)
- Insert the fuses into the fuse box, as shown on Fig. 15 (middle position 20 A, marginal posi-
tion 15 A) and snap the set to the free place in the relay box.
- Fuse panel - red/yellow wire (Fig. 16)
- Insert the red/yellow wire socket into position 12 in the fuse panel.
- The slide the MINI 5 A (F) fuse onto the fitted position.
Connect the remaining wires according to the equipment and manufacture
date of the vehicle.
Vehicles manufactured before CW 22 /2011 without the Start-Stop function.
- Light switch
- Connect the red/ green wire - to the red wire of the light switch terminal board T17a
(PIN 15). Use double-pole terminal board (C1).
- Connect the fitted terminal board (C1) to the towing coupling electric installation harness
terminal board and, with a suitable adhesive tape, slide the set onto the light switch wires
(Fig. 13).
- Instrument panel
- Take the grey/white wire PIN 13 out of the instrument panel terminal board and insulate it.
- Slide the grey wire of the towing coupling electric installation harness onto the loose PIN 13.
- Fix the grey wire of the towing coupling electric installation harness together with the in-
sulated wire to the instrument panel terminal board wires with a suitable adhesive tape
(Fig. 14).
- Fuse panel
- Connect the black/red wire - to the grey/white wire in the fuse box on position 37B. Use
single-pole terminal board (C2).
Vehicles manufactured before CW 22 /2011 with the Start-Stop function.
- Light switch
- Connect the red/green wire - to the red wire of the light switch terminal board T17a
(PIN 15). Use double-pole terminal board (C1).
- Connect the fitted terminal board (C1) to the towing coupling electric installation harness
terminal board and, with a suitable adhesive tape, slide the set onto the light switch wires
(Fig. 13).
- Insulate the grey wire, black/red wire and wire with the terminal board (C2) of the
towing coupling electric installation harness and, with a suitable adhesive tape, fasten it to
the towing coupling electric installation harness wires. Single-pole terminal board (C2) will
remain.
