Carry out functional test of the towing coupling using a trailer or a tester. If a tester is
used, we recommend use of such tester that simulates the actual electric load, as if a
trailer was attached.
Note.
If a failure occurs in the vehicle lighting (damage to the bulb fibre), which is indicated by an
GB
indicator lamp on the instrument panel, check the fuse (pos. 12) in the fuse panel.
If the failure is in the indicator lights of the trailer, check the fuses bedded in the fuse guard
located in the relay box.
Guarantee information and conditions
The towing coupling manufacturer provides the guarantee for the construction, used mate-
rial, manufacturing execution and function of the supplied towing coupling for 24 months
from the date of the sale.
The condition of the validity of the said guarantee is that the towing coupling was used only
for the purposes which it was designed for, and that it was fitted by an authorized service
shop having the licence for fitting this type of the towing coupling.
The warranty does not cover any damages due to common wear, to overloading and in-
expert use of the towing coupling, as well as if it has not been used in compliance with the
instructions given in the Operating Manual. Furthermore, the warranty does not cover the
damages due to natural disasters. The selling organization is neither responsible for any
damage in case the towing coupling was modified or otherwise altered.
