Troubleshooting
Please refer to the operating instructions of the solar charge controller for further
information on troubleshooting regarding problems with batteries, load and solar
connection.
In case of malfunctions of the EFOY Pro fuel cell or the EFOY Fuel Manager, the
corresponding LEDs on the devices will light up: please refer to the respective manuals
of the devices for the colour codes. The operating panel or the EFOY app will also
indicate the cause of the malfunction. Please refer to the EFOY Pro operating
instructions for further information on troubleshooting.
If you are unable to rectify the fault yourself, please contact the SFC partner from whom
you purchased the unit.
