NOTE:
The seam width settings 4.8 mm and 5.0
mm are оnlу relevant for the needle R1.
This set-value is reduced Ьу 2.0 mm when
using the needle R2. уоu have а seam
width which is completely adjustaЬ!e from
3.0 mm to 4.8 mm.
Turn off at the power switch
Slide the edge/ quilting guide
from the accessory Ьох left to
right into guide А of the presser
foot holder. You саn adjust the
ruler as you wish Ьу sliding it in
the guide.
This setting allows you to sew all
types of rolled hems.

REPLACING THE UPPER KNIFE

TRIUMPHATOR 2500X
Removal: Set the seam width
adjustment knob to 3.5mm and
secure the upper knife in place.
Loosen screw А with the spanner
from the accessory Ьох and
remove the upper knife.
lnsertion: lnsert the new upper
knife and tighten screw А very
slightly.
Turn the hand wheel until the
upper knife is in its lowest
position.
ln this position, the front edge of
the upper knife must Ье 0.5 to
1.0 mm below the cutting edge of
the lower fixed knife.
When you have adjusted the
upper knife precisely, you саn
tighten retaining screw А fully.
Loosen the screw to the upper
knife.
