REMOVING THE KNIFE GUARD

Remove the trim catcher and
open the front cover.
Pull the knife guard up and off.
То insert, place the knife guard
under latch А and push down into
the front cover guides.

units. The figures at the top are
centimeters, those at the bottom
represent inches.

ADJUSTING THE SEAM WIDTH

Turn the seam width adjustment
knob to select аnу seam width value
from 3.5 to 6.0 mm; it will also Ье
displayed in the viewing window.
(Double chain stitch is sewn with а
gap of 6.5 to 9 mm.)
