Thread the thread in order from 1 to
10.
The thread must pass through the
lower slot in thread guide 5.
Pull the thread about 1 О cm (4
inches) through the еуе of the needle
and place it facing to the left under the
presser foot.
lf you sew with the needles L1 , L2, ог
LЗ you have to use the thread guide А.

Exception: Threading needle LЗ when
sewing а 5- thread safety-stitch seam
(Prog. 20), а 4-thread safety- stitch
seam (Prog. 19) and а 2-thread
chainstitch (Prog. 04). Thread in а
sequence of 1 to 10.
The thread must pass through the
upper slot in thread guide 6.
Pull the thread about 10 cm (4 inches)
through the еуе of the needle and
place it facing to the left under the
presser foot.
NOTE:
То thread the dоublе chainstitch
(prog. 04) уоu have to thread the
green tension.

Important note оn threading
The needles must always bе
threaded last so that the needle
threads do not run under the
looper thread as seen in drawing
1, but instead over the looper
thread as depicted in drawing
2. Should this sequence not Ье
followed, thread breakage or
missed stitches саn occur.
lf the looper threads break, you
must pull the needle threads out
of the needle еуе, rethread the
loopier thread and then rethread
the needle threads.
