SYMPTOM
Empty display Radio no
reacting to operation
Remote control does not
work
DAB+ reception inter-
rupted
FM reception interrupted
POSSIBLE CAUSE AND REMEDY
Connect the power using the included power
unit. Check that the main switch on the back
of the device is switched on.
Battery is empty or not inserted properly.
Please check that the battery has been
inserted the right way around. Point the
remote control at the device.
No stations
Run a scan search (see chapter 8.5.1.)
Antenna not fully extracted.
Change the radio's location (e.g. near a win-
dow), run another scan search.
Antenna not fully extended, pull the FM
antenna out to its full length.
Change the location of the radio.
