7. TROUBLESHOOTING

Symptom
Device won't
switch on.
No sound can be
heard.
The display does
not
turn on
The DAB+/FM
signal is poor.

8. STORAGE

When not in use, please remove the power unit from the socket,
disconnect the radio's cable from the device and store the device
in a dry place, protected against dust.
Please remove the battery pack when the device is not used for a
longer period of time.
Possible cause and remedy
The device is not connected to a power
source. Connect the power unit properly
to the power socket and device. Charging
the battery pack
Increase the volume.
Disconnect the device from the power
source/ briefly remove the battery pack
and resupply the device with power.
Fully pull out the antenna. Change the
position of the antenna or the
radio.
File with low bit rate. Check the audio file.
Tip: For MP3 files the bitrate should be
192Kbit/s or higher.
