his appliance comes with a 2-year store warranty (from the purchase date) in accordance with
articles L211-1 et seq of the French Consumer Code.
In the event of a fault, proceed as follows:
1. Note your appliance's references
These are located on the right side of the appliance.
The commercial code and the serial number provide the store identification of the appliance you
have purchased.
2. Contact your STORE with the appliance's references and the original receipt.
Your store will help you manage the parts or appliance warranty.
Repairing the appliance:
Your store will help you diagnose any faults and order the necessary parts from the
manufacturer.
Parts that may be required: Thermostat, heating element, front panel, control panel.
You can then replace the part in question.
Your store will provide you with the warranty in accordance with articles L 211-1 et seq of
the French Consumer Code (in some cases, it may request an expert technical opinion from the
manufacturer on parts suspected to be faulty. IT IS THEREFORE ESSENTIAL TO PROVIDE YOUR STORE
WITH THESE PARTS).
Complete appliance replacement:
Only applies in cases where the appliance cannot be repaired.
Your store will manage the replacement process.
The warranty will be issued once the expert opinion on the appliance returned to the
manufacturer by the reseller has been delivered (see general warranty terms and conditions).
An appliance with suspected damage must remain available for assessment by insurance experts.
The owner must inform their insurer.
