Problem
The device stops,
but is still on.

ERR1 The left wheel is stuck/obstructed.
ERR2 The
obstructed.
ERR3 The roller brush is obstructed.
ERR4 The left wheel is no longer
touching the fl oor.
ERR5 The right wheel is no longer
touching the fl oor.
Possible cause/solution
• Check whether the wheels or brushes are
obstructed.
• Is the nozzle plugged, the dust bin full or are the
fi lters dirty?
• Is one of the wheels obstructed?
• Are the infrared sensor and the sensor at the front
or the sensors on the bottom of the device dirty?
Clean them.
• Is one of the guard strips at the front of the device
stuck? Loosen it by hand.
• Are the sensors on the charging station obstructed
or dirty? Is there any furniture or other obstacles in
front of the charging station? There must be at least
1.5 to 2 m of free space in front of the charging
station so that the signal can reach the device.
• Make sure that the charging station is connected to
the mains supply.
• Is the room so large that the signal is no longer able
to reach the device? If this is the case, you must
place the device on the charging station yourself.
• Did an interruption of the power supply to the
charging station cause the settings to be deleted?
Check the settings on the charging station.
