Programming via ViP Manager

To view and program the entrance panel via ViP Manager:
1. Download the software free of charge from the website pro.comelitgroup.
com
2. Connect the computer to the Touch module using one of the following
methods:
1.1A Bluetooth
1.1B Micro-USB
1.1C LAN
3. Search for the device to configure as described on page 24
1.1A Connecting the computer via Bluetooth
(wireless technology)
√ The computer must have a Windows operating system.
√ The computer must have Bluetooth enabled and must allow
other Bluetooth devices to be found.
1. Power the entrance panel as described below:

4. Enter the supercode (default: 778899)
5. Press "Bluetooth"
6. Press "Enable"
7. Press "Use ViP Manager"
8. Press "Pair computer"
9. Press "Scan" to start searching for available devices
10. Select the device you want to pair to start the pairing procedure

11. You will see the Touch module pairing request on your computer:

follow the wizard to complete device connection
» At the end of the procedure on the Touch module, the
device is identified as "Connected" and "Authorised"

12. Press to return to the ViP Manager screen
13. Press repeatedly to return to the "Settings" screen
14. On your computer, open the Bluetooth Devices menu and select
"Join a Personal Area Network"

15. A window will appear on your computer: right-click on the
"3456U_XXXXXXXXXXXX" icon and select the following options:
"Connect Via" / "Access Point"
» It is now possible to connect to the Touch module using ViP
Manager software

√ Before connecting the USB cable, power up the entrance
panel
1. Power the entrance panel as described below:

3. Press the lock-release button
