CHAPTER 4 - MAINTENANCE
4-1 WARNINGS
WARNING
Any maintenance or other operation
concerning the machine must be
carried out after disconnecting it
from the mains by removing its
plug from the electric socket.
This chapter details the most frequent
maintenance operations. For more
complex interventions refer to the
esplode views for the exact dismaltling
and reassembling procedures and for
the codes of spare parts.

4-2 RESIDUAL RISKS

Despite all safety precautions there
are still some residual risks.
Residual risks are
unapparent dangers such as:
- Catching one's clothes or hair on
workpieces or while workpieces are
being conveyed.
- Being hit by parts or working
residues cast outwards.
- Danger resulting from work on the
electrical system.
- Danger of getting jammed between a
workpiece being fed and the wall
(minimum
workpiece and wall 2000 mm)
- If a power feeder is plugged into a
current tap that is not connected to
controls of
machine, there is a risk that the
feeder will start suddenly when the
power is

- Danger of feeding between the feed
rollers and the workpiece.
