Treat and store grinding discs in conformance
with the supplier's instructions.
•
Do not use the machine for grinding
workpieces with a maximum thickness
exceeding the maximum grinding depth of the
grinding disc.
•
Do not use grinding discs for deburring.
•
When grinding discs have to be mounted on
the thread of the spindle, make sure that the
spindle has sufficient thread. Make sure that
the spindle is sufficiently protected and does
not touch the grinding surface.
•
Before use, inspect the grinding disc for any
damage. Do not use grinding discs which are
crack-ed, ripped or otherwise damaged.
•
Before use, let the machine run idle for 30
seconds. Immediately switch off the machine
in case of abnormal vibrations or occurrence
of another defect. Carefully inspect the
machine and grinding disc before switching
the machine on again.
•
Make sure that sparks do not put people into
danger or that they contact highly flammable
substances.
•
Make sure that the workpiece is sufficiently
supported or clamped. Keep your hands away
from the surface to be cut.
•
Always wear safety goggles and hearing
protection. If desired or required also use
another kind of protection like for example an
apron or helmet.
•
Ensure that mounted wheels and points are
fitted in accordance with the manufacturer's
instructions.
•
Ensure that blotters are used when they are
provided with the bonded abrasive product
and when they are required.
•
If a guard is supplied with the tool never use
the tool without such a guard.
•
For tools intended to be fitted with threaded
hole wheel, ensure that the thread in the
wheel is long enough to accept the spindle
length.
•
Ensure that ventilation openings are kept
clear when working in dusty conditions. If it
should become nessesary to clear dust, first
disconnect the tool from the mains supply
(use non metallic objects) and avoid
damaging internal parts.
•
Though poor conditions of the electrical
mains, shortly voltage drops can appear when
starting the equipment. This can influence
other equipment (eq. blinking of a lamp).

If the mains-impedance Zmax <0.348 Ohm,
such disturbances are not expected. (In case
of need, you may contact your local supply
authority for further information.
Electrical safety
When using electric machines always observe
the safety regulations applicable in your country
to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock and
personal injury. Read the following safety
instructions and also the enclosed safety
instructions.
Always check that the power supply
corresponds to the voltage on the rating
plate.
Class II machine – Double insulation –
You don't need any earthed plug.
Replacing cables or plugs
Immediately throw away old cables or plugs
when they have been replaced by new ones. It is
dangerous to insert the plug of a loose cable in
the wall outlet.
Using extension cables
Only use an approved extension cable suitable
for the power input of the machine. The minimum
conductor size is 1.5 mm

. When using a cable
reel always unwind the reel completely.
3. ASSEMBLY
Prior to mounting an accessory always
unplug the tool.
Assembling the hand grip

The hand grip is suitable for either left or right-
handed use.
•
Turn the hand grip (3) to the notch on the
right side of the machine for left-handed use.
•
Turn the hand grip (3) to the notch on the left
side of the machine for right-handed use.
•
Turn the hand grip to the notch on the top of
the machine to use it vertically.
Montering af slibeskiver og skæreskiver
Fig. 4 og 5 demonstrerer montering af flangen
(10), når der anvendes tykke (4 – 8 mm) og
tynde (2.5 – 4 mm) skiver. Følgende slibeskiver
kan monteres på denne slibemaskine.
•
Til agafgratning: glasfiberforstærkede og med
kærv, type 27. Mål Ø 125 x 6,0 x 22,2 mm.
•
Til gennemslibning/skæring:
glasfiberforstærkede og med kærv, type 41 og
type 42. Mål Ø 125 x 3,0 x 22,2 mm.
Når du bruger almindelige slibeskiver,
bør du altid vælge glasfiberforstærkede
slibeskiver.
4. BETJENING
Følg altid sikkerhedsanvisningerne og
overhold de gældende forskrifter.
Hold maskinen væk fra arbejdsemnet, når den
tændes og slukkes, ellers kan slibeskiven
beskadige arbejdsemnet.
•
Klem arbejdsemnet fast eller sørg på anden
måde for, at det ikke kan forskydes under
arbejdet.
•
Kontroller med jævne mellemrum skiverne.
Slidte slibeskiver har en negativ indflydelse på
effektiviteten af maskinen. Sæt en ny
slibeskive på i rette tid.
•
Efter arbejdet skal der altid slukkes for
maskinen, før stikket tages ud af
stikkontakten.
Afgrate

Med en isætningsvinkel på 30º til 40º får du det
bedste resultat af afgratningen. Før maskinen
frem og tilbage med et let tryk. På denne måde
bliver arbejdsemnet ikke for varmt, det kan ikke
blive misfarvet, og der opstår ingen gruber.
Brug aldrig gennemslibeskiver til
afgratning!

Skub, vip eller ryst ikke, mens du skærer.

Ferm
Arbejd med et moderat tryk, afpasset efter det
materiale, der skal bearbejdes. Bremsende
slibeskiver må ikke bremses af et sidelæns
modtryk. Det er vigtigt, hvilken retning du vil
skære i. Maskinen skal altid arbejde imod
skæreretningen; før derfor aldrig maskinen i den
anden retning! Der er risiko for, at maskinen mod
din vilje bliver presset ud af snittet.
TIL/FRA-kontakt

Tænd for maskinen ved hjælp af TIL/FRA-
kontakten (1). Når du slipper kontakten, slukkes
der for maskinen.
Låse kontakten
Du kan låse TIL/FRA-kontakten ved at trykke TIL/
FRA-kontakten ind og derefter sætte den fast
med låsen (6). Låsen kan åbnes igen ved kort at
trykke på TIL/ FRA-kontakten (1).
Slibemaskinen kører stadig, efter at der
er slukket for maskinen.
Sæt først maskinen ned, når motoren står helt
stille. Sæt ikke maskinen på en støvet flade. Der
kan trænge støvpartikler ind i maskinen.
Brug aldrig spindellåsen til at standse
motoren med.
Brug ikke maskinen til at slibe
arbejdsemner af magnesium med.
5. SERVICE &
VEDLIGEHOLDELSE
Sørg for at maskinen ikke står under
strøm, når der udføres
vedligeholdelsesarbejder på
mekanikken.
Maskinerne er udviklet til at fungere længe uden
problemer med et minimum af vedligeholdelse.
Ved at rengøre maskinen regelmæssigt og
behandle den korrekt, bidrager De til en længere
levetid for maskinen.
