Problem
The interior of
the dishwasher is
discoloured.
There is a white film
inside the dishwasher.
Rust stains on the
cutlery.
Knocking noises in the
interior.
Rattling noises in the
interior.
Knocking noise in the
water hoses.
Potential cause
It may be that a
dishwashing detergent
with dyes has been used.
Calcification.
The cutlery is not
corrosion resistant.
The spray arm hits an
object in the basket.
Loose dishes in the
dishwasher.
This can be caused by
crossing the water pipes.
Solution
Make sure that the
dishwashing detergent
does not contain any
dyes.
Clean the inside of
the dishwasher with a
soft sponge and some
washing-up liquid.
Wear protective gloves
when doing this. Never
use cleaning agents
other than dishwashing
detergent, as foam or
alkaline solutions could
form.
Do not clean cutlery that
is not corrosion resistant
in the dishwasher.
Pause the programme
and place the dishes in a
way that the spray arm is
not obstructed.
Pause programme and
place dishes so that they
are secure.

performance of the
