Instrumentenkanal

Durch den Instrumentenkanal  können bei Bedarf
flexible Instrumente eingeführt werden.
Falls der Instrumentenkanal nicht benutzt wird:
Dichtungskappe aufsetzen.
10.7 PDD-Ausführung
Fiberskope, die in der Photodynamischen Diagnose
(PDD) oder der Autofluoreszenz (AF) verwendet
werden, werden mit einem speziellen Diagnoselicht
(D­Light C) beleuchtet. Speziell auf dieses Licht und
eventuell auf Marker substanzen abgestimmte Filter
stellen Sie am PDD­Filterwechsler  ein:
ALA für spezielle Tumormarker basierend
auf Aminolävulinsäure
W für Weißlicht
AF Autofluoreszenzmodus
1 HINWEIS: Steht der Filterwechsler
auf „ALA" oder „AF", dann entsteht
bei Durchsicht durch die eingebauten
Spezialfilter ein gelbliches Bild.
1 HINWEIS: Beim PDD­Fiberskop Art.­
Nr. 11272 CI ist kein Filterwechsler
vorhanden. Der Filter (ALA) ist fest
eingebaut.
Für optimale Beleuchtung verwenden Sie die Fluid­
Lichtleitkabel 495 FP (2,5 m) oder 495 FO (1,8 m)
zwischen Lichtquelle und PDD­Fiberskop.

Instrument channel

Flexible instruments can be inserted through the
instrument channel  as required.
If the instrument channel is not being used: replace
the sealing cap.

PDD version

Fiberscopes intended for use in Photodynamic
Diagnosis (PDD) or autofluorescence (AF)
are illuminated with a special diagnosis light
(D­Light C). Adjust the PDD filter changer  for
special filters designed for this light and possibly for
marker substances:
ALA for a special tumor marker based on
aminolevulinic acid
W for white light
AF autofluorescence mode
1 NOTE: If the filter changer is set to 'ALA' or
'AF', a yellowish image is produced when
viewing through the integrated special filter.
1 NOTE: No filter changer is available on
PDD fiberscope art. no. 11272 CI. The filter
(ALA) is permanently installed.
For optimal illumination, use the fluid light cable
495 FP (2.5 m) or 495 FO (1.8 m) between the light
source and PDD fiberscope.

Canal para instrumentos

A través del canal para instrumentos  pueden
introducirse instrumentos flexibles si es necesario.
Si no se va a utilizar el canal para instrumentos,
coloque la caperuza de cierre.
10.7 Ejecución PDD
Los fibroscopios para aplicación en el diagnós­
tico fotodinámico (PDD) o por autofluorescencia
(AF) se iluminan con una luz especial para
diagnóstico (D­Light C). Los filtros especiales para
esa luz y posiblemente también para substancias
marcadoras, puede ajustarlos en el conmutador de
filtros PDD :
ALA para marcadores especiales para
tumores con ácido aminolavulínico
W para luz blanca
AF modo autofluorescente
1 NOTA: Si el conmutador de filtros se
encuentra en "ALA" ó "AF", entonces se
produce una imagen amarillenta al mirar a
través del filtro especial incorporado.
1 NOTA: En el caso del fibroscopio PDD nº
de art. 11272 CI no existe un conmutador
de filtros. El filtro (ALA) está montado fijo.
Para obtener una iluminación óptima utilice usted
el cable de luz por medio líquido 495 FP (2,5
m) ó 495 FO (1,8 m) entre la fuente de luz y el
fi broscopio PDD.
