Einstellung des Schaltabstandes:
Der Ni-Halter (1) ist durch Lösen der Schraube (3) abzubauen und auf den Näherungsinitiator (5) zu drehen bis die Spitze des
Näherungsinitiators (5) 5 mm aus dem Ni-Halter (1) herausragt. Durch Festziehen der Mutter (B) ist diese Einstellung zu sichern. Es
ergibt sich ein Schaltabstand zur Kontaktscheibe (A) von ca. 1 mm (gegebenenfalls nachjustieren). Ni-Halter (1) mit
Näherungsinitiator (5), Scheibe (2) und Schraube (3) wieder an der Laterne befestigen.
Einstellen der Rückmeldung für Ruhelage und angesteuerter Lage:
Ventil durch Be- und Entlüften des Antriebs in Ruhelage oder angesteuerte Lage bringen. Den Näherungsinitiator (5) durch
Verschieben des Ni-Halters (1) in die jeweilige Hubrichtung des Ventils soweit der Kontaktscheibe (A) nähern, bis der
Näherungsinitiator (5) schaltet (Diode leuchtet). Den Näherungsinitiator (5) für ein sicheres Schalten ca. 1 mm weiter in
Hubrichtung schieben und durch Festziehen der Schraube (3) fixieren.
Ventil in die zweite Lage bringen und den zweiten Näherungsinitiator in gleicher Vorgehensweise einstellen.
In der antriebsseitigen Stellung muss der Näherungsinitiator auf der ausgefrästen Laternenseite montiert sein.
Setting of the operating distance:
Remove the proximity switch holder (1) by slackening the screw (3) and afterwards screw it on to the proximity switch (5) until the
point of the proximity switch (5) sticks out of the proximity switch holder (1) by 5 mm. Secure this setting by drawing up the nut (B).
The operating distance to the contact plate (A) is approx. 1 mm (re-adjust, if necessary). Refit the proximity switch holder (1) complete
with proximity switch holder (5), plate (2) and screw (3) at the lantern.
Feedback setting for actuated and non-actuated valve position:
Depending on its initial position, move the valve either into its actuated or non-actuated position by pressurizing/depressurizing
the actuator. By shifting the proximity switch holder (1), move the proximity switch (5) in the respective stroke direction of the
valve towards the contact plate (A), until the proximity switch(5) reacts (diode lights up). For a reliable switching operation, push
the proximity switch (5) by approx. 1 mm towards the stroke direction and fix it by tightening the screw (3).
Move the valve in the respective position (actuated/non-actuated) and adjust the second proximity switch in the same way.
If positioned towards the actuator side, the proximity switch must be mounted in the sink at one side of the lantern.
