Entnahmeventil TSVN
Demontage
Ventil aus der Rohrleitung ausbauen
• Ventil festhalten.
• Halbringe C* abnehmen.
•Ventil aus der Rohrleitung nehmen.
Ventil öffnen
• Handrad (20) nach links drehen.
Ventil wird geöffnet.
Antrieb vom Gehäuse trennen
• Halbringe (28) abnehmen.
• Antrieb abnehmen.
Ventilteller ausbauen
• Klammer (10) abziehen.
• Scheibe (21) herausnehmen.
• Ventilteller (15) mit Lager (2), Dichtscheibe (3)
Dichtring (1) und O-Ring (5) aus der Laterne (9) zie-
hen.
Antrieb demontieren
• Handrad (20) mit Kolbenstange (16) mit Sicherungs-
scheiben (27), Druckfeder (19), Federkäfigdeckel (18),
O-Ringen (22, 23), Kolben (17) und Buchse (34) her-
ausschrauben.

Dismantling
Removing the valve from the pipe
• Hold the valve firmly.
• Remove clamps C*.
•Take the valve out of the pipe.
Opening the valve
• Turn the wheel (20) anticlockwise.
The valve opens.
Disconnecting the actuator from the housing
• Remove the clamps (28).
• Take off the actuator.
Dismounting the valve disk
• Remove the clip (10).
• Take out the disk (21).
• Pull the valve disk (15) with bearing (2), sealing disk
(3) sealing (1) and O-ring (5) out of the lantern (9).
Dismantling the actuator
• Unscrew the wheel (20) with the piston rod (16) with
lock washers (27), pressure spring (19), spring cage
cover (18), O-rings (22, 23), piston (17) and bushing
(34).
