► Disconnect the air intake pipe.
► Remove the connectors from the sensor of the venturi (1,
fi g. 2.1) by depressing the detent.
► Unscrew the union nut (3) of the gas connection pipe (2)
on the gas fi tting.
► Take the venturi with the gas connection pipe from the
fan by turning the venturi bayonet lock anti-clockwise to
its fullest extent and removing it from the ventilator.

► Dismantle the gas connection pipe (1, fi g. 2.2) from the

► Remove the gas nozzle (6) straight ahead and dispose.
► Check whether the venturi is free of residue.

► Install the gas nozzle in the venturi in accordance with
Tab. 2.1 colour coding of the gas nozzles

When installing the gas nozzles, ensure their correct
alignment using the position markers on the upper side
of the venturi and the locating pins (5, fi g. 2.2) on the
underside of the gas nozzle.
If this is a group 2 heating device, (s. table 1.2), the
replacement of the gas fi tting is now performed as described
in the following chapter.
If only the gas nozzle in the venturi needs to be replaced

(group 1, see table 1.1 and gas conversion within the same
natural gas family), proceed as follows:
► Reinstall the components in the reverse order. Use the
