5.2 Operation

Instructions for the correct use of the appliance:
Avoid using the oven with the door partially open.
•
Make sure the base of the oven is in the correct position.
•
Several roasting trays can be prepared in the oven at the same time, with good results for all of
them, thanks to the heating system used.
•
We recommend using the upper guides of the oven for cakes and the lower guides for roasts.
•
The maximum diameter of the pots or pans for use with the table top hotplates is 27 cm.
The steps required to optimise the operation of your cooker are shown below, with all the available
options.

Description of the controls

5.2.2 Turning the table plates on
•
Press the power switch situated on the outside of the appliance.
•
Rotate the "M" plate control clockwise to the machine ON position.
•
Now, turn control M to the required power setting.
5.2.3 Turning the table plates off
•
Rotate the "M" plate control anticlockwise to the OFF position .
5.2.4 Oven heating elements
5.2.4.1 Switching on the heating elements
•
Press the power switch situated on the outside of the appliance.
•
Use the Mr control to select whether to work with the upper heating elements (grill)
lower elements (beneath the base)
•
Rotate the Mh oven thermostat control clockwise to the machine connected position so that the
lamp L1 (green) comes on.
•
Then, to turn the appliance on, turn the thermostat control clockwise to the required position,
according to the desired temperature.
•
The light L2 (amber) lights up when the heating elements are operating.
You are using a cooker, do not use this appliance for anything other than what
it is designed for, as its operating components may be damage.
Use of the cooker while empty for a long period of time may result in
overheating of the components.
Clean the machines thoroughly. If you are going to use solvents or
inflammable cleaning products to remove any dirt on the worktop, hotplate or
oven, always do so when the cooker is cold, the control buttons are switched
to OFF, and the mains power is disconnected.
Once the products have been used, carefully rinse them with plenty of water
and then heat the hotplates and oven to dry them.
