When the oven reaches the selected temperature, the heating elements (via the thermostat) stop
working and the "L2" lamp (amber) goes off. Likewise, when the temperature drops below the
selected value, the heating elements start to operate, and the light L2 (amber) comes on.

Switching off the heating elements
Rotate the M thermostat control anticlockwise to the Off position , the light L1 (green) goes off.

5.3 Useful tips

Read the useful tips listed below carefully in order to get the most out of your cooker.
5.3.1
Initial cleaningThe cooker should be cleaned after installation.
Before using the oven for the first time, it is advisable to clean the inside with a cloth soaked in soapy
water to prevent bad smells during use.
5.3.2
MaintenanceFAGOR INDUSTRIAL recommends a service of all the operating components of the
cooker at least once a year to check their condition and the correct operation of the appliance. This
service must be carried out by an OFFICIAL AND/OR AUTHORISED TECHNICAL SERVICE.
The replacement of any functional component that may affect the safety of either the appliance or the
user should be performed by an OFFICIAL AND/OR AUTHORISED TECHNICAL SERVICE, using the
appropriate original spare parts.
Always clean the machine correctly to prolong the service life of the machine.
Remove any waste from the worktop and the oven at the end of each day. To do so, use any
of the specific degreasing products available on the market. Next dry the surfaces you have
cleaned.
Do not use abrasive, corrosive or acid products, chlorine-based detergents, solvents or petrol
derivatives to clean the machine.
Do not use pressurised water to clean the machine.
The hotplates and the base should be cleaned regularly with a suitable degreasing agent.
5.3.3
Prolonged periods of no useIf the machine is kept out of service for a long period of time (holidays,
temporary closure, ...), please observe the following:
Clean the machine and the adjacent areas thoroughly.
Sprinkle a thin layer of edible oil on the stainless steel surfaces.
Leave the doors open.

6. FAULTS, ALARMS AND BREAKDOWNS

The steps to be followed in the event of a fault or operating error are described below. The possible causes
and possible solutions are listed in the following table. In the event of doubt, or if you are unable to resolve the
problem, please contact the technical service.
Do not handle electrical components, as there is a risk of death as the components are
live.
