There is no refund on expenses if the ap-
pliance is returned after assembly. The
filtration system cannot be returned af-
ter the agreed cancellation period.

Filter replacement

The 24-month warranty solely applies to
BestWater systems in which the filters
have been replaced on a regular basis:
Sed. pre-filter 20 µm
Sed. pre-filter 5 µm
Act. charcoal pre-filter

Restrictions
The company BestWater provides no
implied warranty***, nor any warranty,
if the filtration system is sold for specific
purposes. The company BestWater ac-
cepts no liability for damages indirectly
caused by travel expenses, phone ex-
penses, loss of profit, loss of time, incon-
venience, or loss of the utility value of the
filtration system and damages caused by
usage of the filtration system and the im-
proper operation thereof.
This warranty describes all the ways in
which the company BestWater may act
as the payer of damages.
Additional conditions
In the event that the company BestWa-
ter agrees to replace the appliance or a
part, the company may replace it with an
already repaired filtration system/part.
Parts used for repair remain under war-
ranty for the remainder of the period.
This warranty is non-transferable.

A corner valve with a 3/4" screw joint is
required. If one is not available, the Best-
Water system may only be connected to
the mains water system by an authorised
installer.
The BestWater system may not be con-
nected to a mains water line via additio-
nal check valves.
* Warranty services are solely conducted
by your specialty retailer (the customer
bears the costs for transport).
** Replacement of the sediment pre-filter
in the pre-filter case largely depends on
local water contamination, and should
be performed in even shorter intervals if
needed.
*** No replacement appliance is pro-
vided for a warranty case.
