Return
There is no refund on expenses if
the appliance is returned after as-
sembly. The fi ltration system cannot
be returned after the agreed cancel-
lation period.

Filter replacement

The 30-year warranty solely applies
to BestWater systems in which the
fi lters have been replaced on a re-
gular basis:
Sed. pre-fi lter 20 µm
Act. charcoal fi lter
Sed. pre-fi lter 5 µm
Aqua-lith CE

Restrictions
The company BestWater provides
no implied warranty*** no any war-
ranty, if the fi ltration system is sold
for specifi c purposes. The company
BestWater accepts no liability for
damages indirectly caused by travel
expenses, phone expenses, loss of
profi t, loss of time, inconvenience,
or loss of the utility value of the fi lt-
ration system and damages caused
by usage of the fi ltration system
and the improper operation thereof.
This warranty describes all the ways
in which the company BestWater
may act as the payer of damages.

Additional conditions
In the event that the company Best-
Water agrees to replace the appli-
ance or a part, the company may
replace it with an already repaired
fi ltration system/part. Parts used
for repair remain under warranty
for the remainder of the period. This
warranty is non-transferrable.

(the customer bears the costs for
transport).
** Replacement of the sediment
pre-fi lter in the pre-fi lter case large-
ly depends on local water contami-
nation, and should be performed in
