This appliance left our facility in impec-
cable and functional condition.
However, should you ever have reason
for complaint, please first refer to the in-
structions to ensure that your complaint
is not attributed to an operating or ins-
tallation error.
Before taking further steps, please call
BestWater customer service for consul-
tation.
If the appliance is to be examined and/
or repaired at our central facility, you will
receive a certificate of return in the post.
The images in the user's manual and the
list of replacement parts will help you
with your repeat order and/or disassem-
bly.
Please remember to include your custo-
mer number in your inquiry so that we
may process your shipment swiftly.
The legal guarantee/warranty includes
reshipping free of charge after coordina-
ting this with customer service.
Please understand that upon successful
prepayment, we reship appliances that
were repaired for a fee.

The „on-site
(valid for 24 MONTHS after date of
purchase)
Should it be determined that parts of the
water filtration system were defectively
or improperly manufactured (excluding
the disposable filter units), then please
notify your specialty retailer. The dama-
ged part will be examined after the appli-
ance has been sent in, and the defect will
be removed. Should the defect have ari-
sen during the warranty period, and the
user could not have caused this defect,
the user will not bear any of the costs of
repair*.
Conditions
This warranty is voided if the defects
were caused by improper operation,
misuse, application or maintenance,
neglect, alteration of the structure, acci-
dents, catastrophes, fire, flooding, frost,
and force majeure.
The warranty is also voided if at least one
of the following conditions was not ad-
hered to:
1. The water filtration system must be
connected to the cold water supply.
2. The water pressure must be between
2.5 – 7.0 bar.
3. The water temperature must be bet-
ween 5 °C - 35 °C.
4. The pH value must be greater than 6.5
but less than 9.5.
5. The iron content of the water must not
exceed a maximum of 0.2 mg/l.
6. The quantity of dissolved substances
(salts) must not exceed 2,000 ppm.
