Loosen the screws (23) and remove the cover (6).

Loosen the screws (24) and remove the saw band protection (4).

Replace the saw band protection as soon as the saw band has been adjusted and/or

Adjusting the saw band

The saw band has been adjusted correctly when the back of the saw band runs against the
raised edge of the saw band wheels and the band does not show wobble.

Raise the saw band housing (5).
•
Loosen the screws (23) and remove the cover (6).
•
Turn the saw band (3) around by turning the upper saw band wheel (25) into the sawing
I
direction, and check the tension of the saw band.
If adjustment is required, proceed as follows:

•
Slacken the height adjuster (7) and slide the saw band over the wheel so that the back of
the saw band runs against the raised edge of the wheel.

Check the running of the saw band again and further adjust if required.
•
Tighten the height adjuster.

Replacing the saw band

Raise the saw band housing (5).

Loosen the screws (23) and remove the cover (6).
•
Loosen the screws (24) and remove the saw band protection (4).
•
Loosen the screws (26) and remove the guides (27).
•
Remove the old band.
•
Put the new band (3) round the saw band wheels as shown.
First put the blade round the upper wheel, then, while holding the blade in place,
put it round the lower wheel.
Adjust the band
•
Tension the saw band.
•
Replace the guides.
•
Replace the saw band protection.
•
Replace the cover and tighten the screws.
Before changing a saw band, always unplug the machine.

Stram låsene.

Montér bordbenene (14).
•
Montér de lange støtteskinner (15).
•
Montér de korte støtteskinner (16).
•
Stram alle låse.
•
Sæt stativet opret.

Bordbenene skal monteres i overensstemmelse med tallene i hjørnerne på bordfladen.

Hold det første ben (14) på plads mod hjørnet af bordtoppen (17) og spænd det fast med
låsene (18).
•
Stram ikke låsene helt.
•
Følg de samme anvisninger, når du monterer de andre ben.
