Cleaning/changing the
hygiene filter
WARNING
Risk of electric shock!
Improper use of the appli-
ance may lead to serious inju-
ry or death.
■ Before changing or clean-
ing the hygiene filter, al-
ways pull the mains plug
out of the socket.
NOTICE
Risk of damage!
Improper handling of the ap-
pliance may result in damage.
■ Only use the appliance with
the filters installed.
■ Never dry hygiene filters on
a heater or with a hairdryer
or tumble dryer, etc. It will
become porous and can be
damaged.
■ Never wash the hygiene fil-
ter in a washing machine.
■ Let the hygiene filter air-dry
only.
• Clean the hygiene filter (38)
regularly.
If odours cannot be removed
by cleaning or the hygiene fil-
ter (38) is too heavily soiled,
replace it.
1. First remove the battery (5).
2. Turn the hygiene filter cov-
er (37) so that the arrow symbol
points towards the
bol.
3. Take off the hygiene filter
cover (37).
4. Remove the hygiene filter (38).
