Assembly

Risk of injuries from components coming loose or leaking
material.
The high operating pressure can make components come loose or ma-
terial can leak unexpectedly around the material connection.
→ Rate all components around the material connection to the maximum
operating pressure.
→ Use SATA material hoses.
Risk of injuries from components coming loose or leaking
material.
If assembly work is performed while the gun is still connected to the
compressed air circuit and material supply, components can unexpect-
edly work loose and material can leak.
→ Disconnect the spray gun from the compressed air circuit and the
material supply before any cleaning work.
→ Depressurise the system.
