MONTAGE
- S'assurer que les boîtiers de distribution sont semblables à ceux des fig.2
vers l'avant pour boîtier G P US télescopique (fig.2) et vers l'arrière pour boîtier G P US MECA V4 et C (fig.3).
- Eviter de placer l'entraînement près d'une route motrice.

- es tuyaux de descentes canalisent le produit directement à l'intérieur du soc. l s'agit d'ensembles télescopiques à monter
suivant fig.8 pour semoir G P US fig.7 pour semoir MECA V4 et fig.6 pour semoir C.
ATTENTION :
les tuyaux sont livrés trop longs ils seront à a uster à leur plus courte longueur afin d'éviter les coudes ceci
sera à faire semoir RE EVE et ATTE E.
RÉGLAGE DU DÉBIT
e débit étant fonction de la vitesse de rotation des axes de boîtiers il se règle à partir des pignons A et interchangeables B et C.
ATTENTION :
Cet appareil craint l'humidité. l doit tre utilisé uniquement avec des microgranulés et non avec des poudres ou
des granulés. l sera possible de distribuer des granulés anti-limaces à condition de remplacer le système vis sans fin intérieur.
Une tôle indicatrice située à l'arrière du boîtier permet d'identifier rapidement le type de boîtier (
e boîtier 2 rangs se transforme en 1 rang en rempla ant la goulotte 2 sorties par une goulotte 1 sortie et en pla ant un cache
intérieur.
Pour éviter tous risques de tassement du produit dans les boîtiers lors du transport roule trémies vides.
VIDANGE :
ulotte de vidange fig. se fixe facilement sur le boîtier Microsem et permet sans effort de

vidanger le produit de la trémie.
ASSEMBLY
- Ma e sure that the metering boxes are similar to those in fig.2

- Avoid placing the drive next to a drive heel.
- The drive sproc et A is mounted on the OWER hexagonal shaft (fig.1).
- The hoses direct the granular product directly to the inside of the shoe. The standard version is telescopic and mounted as sho n
in fig.8 for G P US planters in fig.7 for MECA V4 planters and in fig.6 for C planters.
ATTENTION :
The delivered hoses have extra length. They should be cut as short possible to avoid bends. This should be
done hile the planter is in a OO ED UP and RA SED position.
SETTING OF THE OUTPUT
The output is a function of the number of rotations of the spindle of the metering boxes
sproc et A and the interchangeable sproc ets B and C.
ATTENTION :
Avoid moisture contamination. This unit should be used only ith microgranulars and not ith po ders or
granulates. t is possible to meter large granulars provided the inside auge is changed for a special one. A name plate
located at the bac of the unit allo s you to quic ly identify hat type of unit it is ( insecticide orm fig. 1).
The 2-ro metering box can be changed into a 1-ro box by replacing the double outlet ith a single outlet and sliding a
shield in the inside.
 n order to avoid any ris of clogging up of the product in the units during transport travel ith hoppers empty.
EMPTY ING :
The emptying chute fig. is easily fixed on to the Microsem unit and enables an easy emptying of the hopper.
