b) Make sure that the product status shows
"RDY". If the product status shows "STO",
the emergency stop button is engaged or the
operator presence control is removed.
5. Turn the emergency stop button (C) clockwise
to make sure that the emergency stop button is
disengaged.
6. Push the start button (A).
7. Turn the speed adjustment for burnishing disc (C)
clockwise or push the button (B) to increase the
burnishing disc speed.
8. Turn the speed adjustment for burnishing disc
(C) counterclockwise or push (A) to decrease the
burnishing disc speed.
9. Push the button (D) to change the direction of
rotation of the burnishing disc.
Keypad
The keypad has all controls that are necessary to
operate the product. The keypad has a digital display
with a menu system. Refer to

Main menu
In the home view, the "ESC" button (A) on the keypad
opens the menu system.

The up and down arrow on the keypad (C) let you to
move up and down the menu lists. The OK button (B)
makes the selection. The back arrow on the keypad (C)
lets you go back in the menu system.

language. Refer to
display texts on page 30 .
To do a check of operation time
1. Select "DRI" in the main menu.
2. Select "Display".
3. Select "Power-On time" and do one of the
procedures that follow.
a) Select "APH" to show energy consumption.
b) Select "Motor Run Time" to show the time that
the motor has been switched on.
c) Select "Power-on time" to show the time that the
product has been switched on.
d) Select "Time Counter Reset" to reset 1 of the 3
above values.
To do a check of error history
1. Select "DRI" in the main menu.
