Always unplug the machine before
assembly!
Attention!
If you see any portion of the drive
shaft, keep rotating the gears while
pushing them in, to lock them into pla-
ce Failure to properly seat the Jumbo
Twin Gears (12) will prevent the Lat-
ches (4) from shutting properly If this
is the case, remove the Outlet casing
(16) and screen (13,18); rotate the gears
while pushing them in until they slide
in completely and lock into position;
and reassemble Damage to the ma-
chine due to improper assembly is not
covered under your warranty
1 Slide the Twin Gear Housing (2) onto the
main body and push it all the way back
onto the main body until it fits snugly in
place
2 In order to assemble the Jumbo Twin Gears
(12), locate the Locating Dots marked on the
end surface of each gear
3 Position the Locating Dots so that the single
dot on the Free wheel gear (12b) is in bet-
ween the two dots on the Drive gear (12a)
4 Holding the Jumbo Twin Gears (12) in this
position, slide them into the Twin Gear Hou-
sing (2) Push back until they come to a stop
5 Rotate the Jumbo Twin Gears (12) while pus-
hing them in until they slide in completely
and lock into place
6 Look down the Feeding Chute (1) to see that
the gears are seated properly When seated
properly, you will NOT be able to see any
portion of the drive shaft If you see any
portion of the drive shaft, keep rotating the
gears while pushing them in, to lock them
into place
7 Slide the desired Screen (13,18) over the ex-
posed portion of the Jumbo Twin Gears (12)
