Watermelon quencher
• 1 watermelon with seeds
If the water melon is ecologically grown, add
rind also Cut into pieces and juice with the Fine
screen (13)
Mellowmelon punch
• 1/2 cantaloupe
• 2 slices of watermelon
Use the Fine screen (13)
1 Cut everything into cubes
2 Juice everything together
3 Serve cold on a hot summer day
Snappy apple
• 7 apples
(Fuji, Golden Delicious, Elstar,
Red Delicious, Jonagold or Gran-
ny Smith, cut into 4–6 pieces)
• 1/2 jalapeño pepper
• 1/4 lemon
• 1 kiwi (peel and cut into 2 pieces)
1 Juice kiwi and lemon first
2 Next juice the jalapeño
3 Finish by juicing the apples

• 2 pineapple wedges
• 1 sprig of mint
• 3 handfuls wheatgrass
• 1/4 lemon
• 1 slice of ginger

1 Juice the wheatgrass
2 Add mint
3 Add peeled lemon
4 Cut the pineapple slices into quarters If pi-
neapple is not ecologically grown, remove
the peel before juicing
5 Add ginger (to taste)

• 3 leaves of white cabbage
• 4 fennel with green stalks and leaves
• 6 medium size carrots
• 2 apples
1 Assemble the machine with the Fine screen
(13) or Coarse screen (18) as desired
2 Cut the cabbage in half along its length
and insert the leaves in the Feeding Chute
(1) Add the fennel
3 Cut the apples into slices and put them in
the juicer one after another with the peel
facing up Push down using the carrots or
the plunger
4 Juice the carrots, one after another, with the
tips down
