Machine setup:
A. To juice carrots, lemon and apples

Assemble your Green Star™ Elite with the Fine
screen (13) and the drain plug soft (14b) secu-
rely fastened

Place the juice pitcher underneath the Juice
outlet (17) and a bowl under the Pulp outlet
(15)
B. To puree beets and scallions

Assemble your Green Star™ Elite using the
Homogenizing blank (25) (open) and the
drain plug (14b) for juice (soft produces) se-
curely fastened

Place a bowl underneath the juice outlet

Beet Borscht
Juicing – A
•
1 apple (cut into 4– pieces)
•
8 carrots (cut into 4 lengthwise pieces if the
carrot is thick)
•
1/2 lemon (cut into 2 pieces)
Pureeing – B
•
2 red beets
•
2 scallions
•
1 cup of finely shredded cabbage
•
1 spoon of avocado yogurt

Juice carrots, lemon, and apple Keep the
juice in a glass or the juice pitcher

Remove the Fine screen (13) and replace it
with the Homogenizing blank (
beets and scallions into a separate bowl

Add ground beets and scallions to the car-
rot-lemon-apple-juice and mix

Stir in the finely grated cabbage

Blend avocado and yogurt together in a
blender
To serve: Place borscht in a bowl Top with a
dollop of avocado-yogurt
