2. SAFETY INFORMATION
• Ensure that there is su cient ventilation in your exercise room. But avoid drafts during
training.
• Make sure that no more than one person uses the product at a time.
• Always use the product on a horizontal, level, nonslip and solid surface. Never use the
product near water and make sure there is a safety clearance of at least 1 meter on both
sides and 2 meters behind and in front of the device.
