Connection for selecting operation of module SZ2:

With jumper excluded: the SZ2 module is enabled to operate for circulators and booster sets,

operation of float A is excluded, and in the event of malfunction of one pump the other is not
activated.

With jumper inserted: the SZ2 module is enabled for drainage operation, in the case of
intervention of the overload protection, the motor protector or the oil probe, the pump affected by
the fault is stopped automatically and the other is activated.
The standard connection is for drainage operation.

24V a.c. connection terminal for electric probe controlling the oil chamber of pump P1.
Maximum resistance of electric probe 80 Kohm or less (connect to the pump OIL sensor).

Electrical connections

8.4.1 Before connecting the power cables to the line input terminals, ensure that the main switch on the power
distribution panel is in OFF position (O) and that no one can switch on the power accidentally.
8.4.2 Scrupulously observe all the regulations in force concerning safety and accident prevention.
8.4.3
Ensure that all the terminals are fully tightened, paying particular attention to the earth terminal.
8.4.4 Connect the cables to the terminal board as indicated in the wiring diagrams given in the enclosed booklet.
8.4.5 Check that all the connecting cables are in excellent condition, with the external sheathing unbroken

Check that the differential switch that protects the system is of the right size.
Provide automatic protection of the supply line against short circuits with ACR fuses type "gG".
8.4.7
The apparatus must be correctly and safely earthed as required by the
regulations in force.
Any panel protection interventions do not exclude the float function.
Connection of motor thermal protector.
With the jumper O inserted (terminals 23 and 24), the intervention of a protection switches off
the pump affected and activates the other.
ATTENTION! For pumps with KK thermal protector, please remove the
connector for KK clamps of the control panel and connect them with
protection cables which are present on the pump cable.
Disconnect the power before maintenance.
