Wiring diagram references

Ref.
FU1
Fuses for protecting the transformer against short-circuits of the primary circuit and of its supply (1A).
FU2
Intervention inhibits all the panel functions and switches off indication
HL1. It does not inhibit the function of the alarm float (if there is one
connected to the P terminals) and the respective remote alarm (connected
to the Q terminals
FU3
Fuses protecting the auxiliary circuit against incorrect connection of the motor cables (0.2A).
The panel remains live even after intervention of the protection device which interrupts operation.
FU4
Disconnect the power before maintenance.
FU5
Fuses protecting the transformer against short circuiting of the secondary circuit and of its supply line (4A).
KT1
Timer for regulating the strong static torque time. Possibility of regulation from 0.5 to 4 sec. set by the
manufacturer during calibration at 2 sec. (only for E2D 6 M HS ).
KT2
Module controlling the level probe (where present) for protection in the event of water presence in the OIL
CL1
chamber of the pump seals.
CL2
Standard in three-phase panels with star-delta start.
Possibility of fitting in three-phase panels with direct start.
Automatic magnetothermal switch, for protection of the motor supply line against overloads and short
QM1
circuits, with manual reset.
QM2
Set the automatic magnetothermal switches QM1–QM2 following the
indication of current absorbed in the electrical data plate.
QS1
Supply line insulating switch with door locking handle which may be padlocked.
Electronic module SZ2: automatic inversion of the starting order of the two pumps and running of one of
SZ2
the two in the event of malfunction of the other (see paragraph 8.10)
14
Spare fuses for FU3 or FU4 (0,2A).
Connection terminals for the water minimum/maximum level control float.
A
To be used only in systems with 3 floats for controlling water levels plus a possible alarm float.
1 - 2
Input characteristics: 5V d.c. 2.5mA with module SZ2 switched on.
Systems with two floats (B+C): Connection terminals for the float (minimum/maximum level control of
B
electropump P1 and minimum level electropump P2) and for the thermostat or zone valve for circulating pumps.
3 - 4
Systems with three floats (A+B+C) : Connection terminals for the maximum level control float of
electropump P1.
Input characteristics: 5V d.c. 2.5mA with module SZ2 switched on; 24V a.c. 0.5A with module SZ2
excluded.
Connection terminals for the maximum level control float of electropump P2 and for the thermostat or zone
C
valve for circulating pumps.
5 - 6
Input characteristics: 5V d.c. 2.5mA with module SZ2 switched on.
Connection terminals for the dry alarm float. If used, remove the by-pass jumper which is a standard fitting
N
between terminals 35 and 36.
21 - 22
Input characteristics: 24V a.c. 40mA.
Connecting terminals of the pressure switch for maximum pressure P.MAX. If used, remove the by-pass
R
jumper supplied as a standard feature between terminals 21 and 22.
35 - 36
Input characteristics: 24V a.c. 40mA.
Controls A, B, C, N, R do not require connection to
connected to the PELV safety circuit (CEI EN 60204-1).
