• Do not use the product in areas where
ejected material could cause personal
injury.
• Always check before use that screw unions
and other unions are properly tightened,
that the casing is undamaged, and that
all the guards and safety devices are in
place and working properly. Always
replace the complete set of components if
they are worn or damaged to avoid
imbalance. Replace any stickers that have
become illegible or lost.
• Check before use that the power point
and power cords are undamaged, and
that there are no signs of fatigue. Pull out
the plug immediately if the power cord
gets damaged during the work. Do not
touch the power cord before it is
unplugged. Do not use the product if the
power cord is damaged or worn.
• Do not use the product when other
persons, especially children, or pets, are in
the vicinity.
• Carefully inspect the area where the
product is to be used and remove any
stones, wires, bones or other foreign
objects. Objects can be thrown out and
cause serious personal injury and/or
material damage.
• Never use the product without the
suction/blower tube. Only use parts and
accessories recommended by the
manufacturer, otherwise there is a risk of
personal injury and/or material damage.
• Do not use the product near naked
flames, grills, ash pits, etc. The removal of
leaves contributes towards reducing the
risk of spreading fire.
• Do not put any foreign objects in or near
the air outlet on the product. Always blow
debris away from people, animals, glass
and objects such as trees, cars, walls, etc.
The current of air can carry stones, gravel,
soil, and twigs, which can result in
personal injury and/or material damage.
• Do not use the product to spread
chemicals, fertiliser or other substances.
Do not use the product if it is damaged,
or if all the safety devices are not in place
and working properly. Replace damaged
or worn parts.
• Always check before use that all the screw
unions are properly tightened, that all the
safety devices are in place, and that all
moving parts are correctly adjusted and
move freely. Never dismantle or modify
the safety devices on the product. Only
use accessories and parts recommended
by the manufacturer.
• Do not allow children to play with the
packaging material. Keep plastic bags,
plastic film and small parts out of the
reach of children – risk of suffocation.
HOW TO USE
• Check before starting that the infeed is
empty.
• Keep your face, head and other parts of
your body away from the infeed opening.
• Keep your hands and other parts of your
body, including your clothing, away from
the infeed, the ejector and moving parts.
• Always maintain a firm footing and good
balance. Do not overreach. Never stand
higher up than the base of the product
when feeding. Make sure you always have
a good footing on sloping ground. Never
run with the product.
• Keep at a safe distance from the ejector
when the product is in use.
• When feeding make sure that no metal,
stones, glass, soil, plastic or other foreign
objects get into the product.
• If the product knocks against a foreign
object, or if it makes an abnormal noise
or vibrates, switch off the product
immediately, pull out the plug, and wait
until all moving parts have completely
stopped. Check the product and repair any
damage before using it again.
• Check the product for damage.
• Replace or repair damaged parts.
