GBP – British Pound Modes:
To choose between the different modes for British Pound (GBP) currency press MODE.
MIX: Counting of mixed and unsorted banknotes.
SP: Counting of sorted stacks of banknotes.
The device uses the first banknote fed as reference for the counting procedure. If a banknote different
than that used as reference is found in the stack, the machine stops automatically. To continue the coun-
ting process, remove the differing banknote from the stacker and press the START/RESET key. The SET
key activates the Version Differentiation ("VERS" is shown on the display). This means, the banknote
counter differentiates the banknotes not only according to its denomination but also according to a
desired printing series.
SG £ xx: Counting of sorted stacks of banknotes.
Select a sort of banknotes with the SET key between £5, £10, £20 or £50. The machine will stop when a
banknote different than the selected sort is found. To continue the counting process, remove the differing
banknote from the stacker and press the START/RESET key.
Piece Counting (CNT)
This mode can be used to count pieces of, for example, receipts, vouchers or banknotes of other curren-
cies. You can adjust the machine to what you are going to count, by changing the paper thickness sensiti-
vity (DDL), the Ultra Violet sensitivity (UVL), the Magnetism sensitivity (MGL) or the size detection. Press
and hold the LEVEL/CF key to open the Counterfeit Level settings (CF LV MODE). Navigate with the BATCH
and MODE keys and adjust the parameters with SET. To exit the menu press START/RESET.
