Troubleshooting table
Malfunctions can occur in all electrical appliances. This does not necessarily mean
there is a defect in the appliance. For this reason, please check the tables to see if you
can correct the malfunction.

Never try to repair a defective or suspected defective appliance yourself. You can put
your own and future users' lives in danger. Only authorised specialists are allowed to
carry out this repair work.

Check to ensure that the
mains plug is positioned cor-
rectly.

Clean the grease filters and/or
renew the activated charcoal
filters (starting at page EN-17).
The exhaust hood expels a
large amount of exhaust air.
This is why you need to pro-
vide a sufficient air supply,
e.g. by providing non-sealable
openings in doors, windows
and ventilation conduits.

Check whether the exhaust
air hose is bent or too long.
