2.8 MONTAGGIO FINE CORSA MAX. ALTEZZA
• Premere il pulsante di salita ed alzare le pedane alla max. altezza
(pistoni completamente estesi).

• Fissare il finecorsa (1) al relativo supporto (2), poi il tutto sulla base
(3) tenendo le viti (4) di serraggio lente.
• Regolare in modo che la leva del micro sia completamente premuta
contro il rullo (9) della biella esterna.
• Serrare le viti (4) e spinare usando come dima il foro sull'angolare
della base (3).
2.8 MAX. HEIGHT LIMIT SWITCH ASSEMBLY
• Push the rise button and lift the platforms to their maximum height
(pistons fully extended).

• Fit the limit switch (1) to its support (2), then secure it to the base (3).
Do not tighten excessively the fastening screws (4).
• Adjust so that the microswitch lever is pressed right against the roller
(9) of the outer connecting rod.
• Tighten the screws (4) and pin using the hole on the base angle bar
(3) as template.
2.8 MONTAGE - ENDSCHALTER MAX. HÖHE
• Die Taste "Heben" betätigen und die Fahrschienen auf die max. Höhe
hochfahren (Kolben komplett ausgefahren).

• Den Endschalter (1) an den entsprechenden Halter (2) befestigen,
dann das Ganze an den Grundrahmen (3), dabei jedoch die Schrauben
(4) nicht anziehen.
• So einstellen, dass der Mikroschalterhebel komplett gegen die Rolle
(9) des Aussenpleuels gedrückt wird.
• Die Schrauben (4) fest anziehen und verdübeln, indem die Bohrung auf
dem Winkelprofil des Grundrahmens (3) als Schablone verwendet wird.

MONTAGE DE LA BUTEE DE FIN DE COURSE
HAUTEUR MAXIMALE
• Appuyer sur le bouton de montée et porter les chemins de roulement
à leur hauteur maximale (pistons entièrement ouverts.)

• Fixer la butée de fin de course (1) à son support (2), puis le tout à la
base (3) : ne pas trop serrer les vis de serrage (4).
• Régler de manière à ce que le levier du microrupteur appuie
entièrement contre le rouleau (9) de la bielle externe.
• Serrer les vis (4). Percer en se servant du trou sur la cornière de la
base (3) comme gabarit.
2.8 MONTAJE FIN DE CARRERA MAX. ALTURA
• Apretar el pulsador de subida y levantar las plataformas a la altura
máxima (pistones completamente abiertos).

• Fijar el fin de carrera (1) en su soporte (2) y luego el conjunto en la
base (3) manteniendo flojos los tornillos de sujeción (4).
• Regular de manera que la palanca del micro apoye completamente
contra el rodillo (9) de la biela externa.
• Apretar los tornillos (4) y agujerear usando como plantilla el agujero
de la parte angular de la base (3).

SICUREZZE
• Verificare il livello dell'olio nella centralina: l'olio deve essere al mas-
simo con le pedane a terra (vedi fig. 19).
VERIFICA FUNZIONAMENTO FC1
• Effettuare una corsa completa a vuoto controllando che il sollevatore
si arresti in salita per l'intervento del micro FC 1 (se ciò non avviene
regolare FC 1).

SAFETY DEVICES
• Check the oil level in the control unit: it must be at maximum level with
platforms on the ground (see fig. 19).
CHECK FC1 OPERATION
• Do a complete run without the load, checking that the lift stops in rise
due to activation of the FC1 microswitch (if not, adjust FC 1).

• Den Ölstand im Aggregat überprüfen: das Öl muss bei bodenebenen
Fahrschienen nahezu bis zum Stopfen reichen (Siehe Abb. 19).

• Einen kompletten Hublauf ohne Last ausführen und sicherstellen,
dass die Hebebühne beim Hochfahren durch das Auslösen des
Mikroschalters FC1 anhält (andernfalls den FC1 einstellen).

• Vérifier le niveau de l'huile dans la centrale qui doit être au maximum
avec les chemins de roulement sont au niveau du sol (voir fig. 19).
CONTROLE DU FONCTIONNEMENT DE FC1
• Effectuer une course complète à vide et contrôler que le pont
élévateur interrompe sa course de montée grâce à l'intervention du
micro FC 1 (dans le cas contraire, régler FC 1).

• Controlar el nivel de aceite en la centralita: el aceite tiene que estar al
máximo con las plataformas en el pavimento (ver fig. 19).
COMPROBACIÓN FUNCIONAMIENTO FC1
• Cumplir una carrera completa sin carga controlando que el elevador
se detenga en la subida debido a la intervención del micro FC 1 (si
esto no se verifica, regular FC 1).
