PROBLEMS
Some problems which may arise while using the lift are listed here below. Ravaglioli declines all responsibility for damages to people, animals and
objects caused by unauthorized staff. Moreover, if faults occur you are advised to contact the technical service (After-Sales) to receive advice
and information on how to carry out work and/or adjustments in maximum safety conditions, thus avoiding the risk of causing damages to people,
animals and objects.
Technical service is required. Intervention by others prohibited.
PROBLEM
Machine not working
Machine carries out rise
movement but not
descent
The lift lowers - check
microswitches fitted on
pawls
Descent is carried out at
extremely slow speed
The motor is working
properly but lifting cannot
be carried out
The motor is working
properly but the rise speed
is extremely slow
The rated capacity
cannot be raised
Platforms not
syncronised
Release cylinders not
working

CAUSE
a) Main switch to "0"
b) Transformer fuse or general
protective fuses interrupted
c) Electrical system faulty
d) Rise limit switch with open contacts
(blocked, broken or not
connected).
e) Thermal motor probe activated.
a) Descent solenoid valve blocked in
closed position
b) Check pawl microswitches (only
for 725 NL - 725 NLI).
a) The flow regulating valve is not
working properly
a) Descent solenoid valve blocked in
open position.
b) Pump suction filter clogged.
c) Drive joint broken
d) Calibrating valve not
working properly
a) The descent solenoid valve is
partially open.
b) Pump suction filter partially
clogged
c) Worn or damaged pump
d) Calibrating valve not
working properly
a) Calibrating valve not
working properly.
b) Worn or damaged pump.
a) Alignment valve faulty.
b) Worn seals in hydraulic cylinders.
a) Release solenoid valve not working
properly.
b) Worn or damaged release cylinder
seal.
c) Pneumatic hoses damaged or
throttled.
SOLUTION
a) Turn to "I".
b) Replace used fuses.
If a fuse interrupts again, find the
cause of the problem
c) Check efficiency, components
and connections (push-buttons,
contactor, thermal probe, transformer).
d) Reset the limit switch and replace if
necessary.
e) Wait for reset
