Activate key lock
Touch the key lock button
The key lock control lamp lights up and the set function is locked. If you now accidentally
touch another button, the induction hob will not respond unless you touch the On/Off
button .
Deactivate key lock
Touch the key lock button
The key lock control lamp goes out and the set function is no longer locked.
Suspend function
Touch the suspend button
The suspend control lamp lights up and the cooking zone display (5) shows the
following:
The hob will interrupt operation until you press the suspend button
hob back into operation. The induction hob restarts with the settings made before the
interruption.
Notes on setting the power level, temperature and timer
1. When the control lamp of a cooking zone above the cooking zone display (5)
flashes, you can set the power level, temperature and timer for this cooking zone.
If you do not want to set this cooking zone, do not make any settings here. Instead,
you can select a different cooking zone with the power level button

2. The power setting is shown on the cooking zone display (5). When you set the
temperature, the cooking zone display (5) shows "C" and the temperature display
(8) shows the set temperature.
3. After you have set the temperature or heating power, touch the Timer button
set the timer while the cooking zone control lamp above the cooking zone display
(5) is still flashing. The timer setting and the set temperature are shown alternately on
the timer/temperature display (8).
