Gently push Mask Bridge
upward into opening on
Forehead Rest until it snaps
into place.

Over the Head
Over-the-Head Tubing Option (Fig. C): Pull Elbow Lock
forward halfway and move Mask Elbow to upright position.
Place your index fingers on each side of the Mask Elbow
and pull Elbow Lock the whole way down.

Over-the-Head Tubing
Option (Fig. C): Run air
supply over back of head
and down into Mask Elbow
and secure tubing in Velcro
loop on top of headgear.

Pull lower headgear strap
over mask "tusks" and
ensure strap is flat against
mask body and your cheek.
If needed, adjust lower
Velcro straps for a tight but
comfortable fit.

Place mask on your face and
turn on your CPAP device
and verify airflow through air
supply tubing.
Adjust upper and lower Velcro straps as needed to eliminate leaks and optimize comfort. If
needed, mask angle can also be adjusted by using Lower Mask Bridge Levers.
CaUTiOn–Do not overtighten your headgear! Excessive tension will cause discomfort
during the night. Reposition mask on your face and adjust your headgear tension.

Attach CPAP tubing to 15
mm tubing w/swivel adapter
on FlexSet mask.
