Avvertenza importante in caso di riparazione:
In caso di restituzione per riparazione, tenere presente
che il generatore, per motivi di sicurezza, deve essere
rispedito alla stazione di assistenza tecnica senza olio né
benzina.

Controllare la candela di accensione
Spegnere il motore e farlo raffreddare.

Estrarre la spina della candela di accensione e rimuo-
vere lo sporco nella zona della candela di accensione.

Svitare e controllare la candela d'accensione.

In caso di danneggiamenti come lacerazioni o scheg-
ge, sostituire la candela.

Pulire gli elettrodi della candela di accensione con
una spazzola metallica.

Controllare e regolare la distanza degli elettrodi.

Avvitare la candela di accensione e stringere con la
chiave per candela di accensione.
Applicare la spina della candela di accensione sulla can-
dela stessa.
Accertarsi che durante la sostituzione lo sporco non raggi-
unga la testa del cilindro.
Verificare la posizione della candela di accensione.
Una candela di accensione lenta può danneggiare il mo-
tore in caso di surriscaldamento.
Stringendo troppo forte si può danneggiare la filettatura
nella testa del cilindro.
Il produttore non si assume alcuna responsabilita per i danni
risultanti da tale uso. Il rischio e esclusivamente a carico
dell'utilizzatore. Utilizzare solo candele di accensione rac-
comandate o simili.

Allentare i 2 morsetti (E) superiore e inferiore sulla
copertura del filtro (F)

Rimuovere la copertura del filtro (F)

Pulire il prefiltro di schiuma in un solvente non in-
fiammabile.
Attenzione: non utilizzare benzina o soluzioni detergenti con
un basso grado di infiammabilità per pulire la cartuccia del
filtro dell'aria. Ciò potrebbe causare incendi o esplosione.

Spingere in fuori il prefiltro per rimuovere il solven-
te/liscivia di sapone.

Pulire il filtro di carta sbattendolo.
6.
Sciacquare a fondo l'elemento filtro lavato con ac-
qua pulita
7.
Far asciugare a fondo l'elemento filtro oppure asci-
ugarlo con aria compressa.
8.
Riattaccare la copertura del filtro e fissare coi 2
morsetti.

When returning the generator for repair, for safety rea-
sons, ensure that it is free of oil and petrol when it is sent
to the service centre.

Clean the filter with a solvent.

Wash the solvent off.

Re-insert the fuel filter
Check the spark plug
Switch off the engine and allow it to cool.
Caution! Danger of burning
Clean or replace spark plug as required:
1
Remove the spark plug connector and clean any dirt
from the spark plug area.

Unscrew the spark plug and check it.
3
If there is any damage, e.g. cracks or chips, replace
the spark plug.

Clean the spark plug electrodes with a wire brush.
5
Check and set the electrode gap.
6
Screw the spark plug in and tighten with the spark
plug spanner.

Place the spark plug connector on the spark plug.
When replacing, ensure that no dirt gets into the cylinder
head.
Check the fit of the spark plug.
A loose spark plug can cause damage to the engine by
overheating.
Pulling too hard can damage the thread in the cylinder
head.
The manufacturer is not responsible for the resulting dama-
ges; the user solely bears the risk. Only use the recommen-
ded spark plugs or identical spark plugs.

Release the 2 clamps (E) top and bottom on the
filter cover (F)

Remove the filter cover (F)

Clean the foam pre-filter in a non-flammable solvent.
Attention: Do not use petrol or cleaning solvents with a low
flash point to clean the air filter element. This could result
in fire or explosion.

Squeeze the pre-filter in order to remove the solvent/
soapy water.
5
Clean the paper filter by tapping it.
6
Rinse the washed filter element with clean water.
7
Allow the filter element to dry or blow it dry with
compressed air.
8
Hang the filter cover in place once more and secure
with the 2 clamps
If the engine is operated in very dusty environments,
clean the air filter daily or after every ten operating hours.
