Central Stand; Steering Lock - SWM Superdual 2017 E4 Kurzanleitung

CENTRAL STAND

- Grab the left knob (1) of the handle and the rear
left large handle (2).
- Press the tip of the central stand with the right
foot and lift the motorcycle upward and back-
ward at the same time, until it is fully lifted on
the central stand (3).
WARNING*: When the vehicle is parked on the
central stand, it is dangerous to sit on it, load-
ing your weight on the parking stand.
To lower the motorcycle from the central stand,
proceed as follows.
- Grab the left handlebar (1) grip and the rear (2)
left large handle.
- Push the motorcycle toward the front, until it de-
scends from the stand; the stand will automati-
cally lift.

STEERING LOCK

The motorcycle is supplied with a steering lock lo-
cated on the ignition key block (1).
To lock the steering, operate in the following man-
ner:
- Turn the handlebar to the left
- Insert the key (2) into the block (1) in the OFF posi-

tion
- Press the key (2) and turn clockwise into position
- Remove the key (2).
To unlock the steering lock, reverse the above pro-
cedure.
