WARNING
Risk of burns!
The oven and oven door become
very hot when in operation. You must
take care in order to avoid touching
the heating elements inside the ov-
en. Children aged 8 years or young-
er must be kept away from the appli-
ance, unless they are under constant
supervision.
• Do not touch the oven or the oven
door when it is in operation!
• Only grab onto the door at the han-
dle.
• Do not leave the oven unattended
when grilling or similar.
• Keep children away from the hot
oven.

Fire hazard!
The back wall inside the oven gets
very hot.
• Do not place food to be grilled too
far back towards the heating ele-
ment.
When grilling, meat and fish brown quickly, be-
come crispy and do not dry out. The crust is easy
to digest and is also suitable for bland diets.
Flat pieces of meat and fish, skewers, sausages
and watery vegetables (such as tomatoes and
onions) are particularly good for grilling.
When grilling, you can choose between grilling,
intensive and convection grilling.

Simple grilling

For simple grilling, only the inner grill elements
are in operation.
On the highest shelf, directly underneath the
heating element, small or medium-sized por-
tions of meat, fish or poultry can be grilled at the
same time.
1. Use the left toggle switch 9 to set the cook-
ing function to "Simple grilling".
2. If necessary, use the right toggle switch 15 to
adjust the temperature. Notice: You can ad-
just the temperature in sequences of 5 °C.
3. Press the Start button
oven for a few minutes.
4. Spread the food out on the oven rack.
5. Place the oven rack on the upper or middle
shelf.
6. Place the dripping pan underneath.
7. Close the oven door.
8. Use the left toggle switch 9 to set the grilling
time and press the start button
Notice: If you do not press the Start button
13 within 3 seconds after entering the grill
time, the indicator will go back to
9. Turn the food halfway through grilling. The
grilling time is approx. 6-10 minutes per side
depending on the thickness and type of food
being grilled.
The standard temperature setting or simple grill-
ing is 210 °C. You can, of course, change this
temperature. Notice: You can adjust the tem-
perature in sequences of 5 °C.
