DANGER
Danger to life from electric shock
Touching live parts can be fatal.
a) To move the heater to another location, switch
it off at the device switches and disconnect the
power plug.
b) Never pull the device by the mains plug and
always carry it using the carry handle.
CAUTION
Risk of injury from burns on hot surfaces
During operation, the protective grille might become
hot, causing burns. Particular caution is required at
places where children or persons with a physical,
sensory or mental disability are present.
a) Wear protective gloves.
b) If children or persons with a physical, sensory
or mental disability are present near the device,
supervise them closely.
Prior to switching on
a) Ensure that the device is in a stable, upright po-
sition. Do not place the device on a wet surface.
WARNING! The device must only be operat-
ed with properly attached feet.
b) Make sure that the power cord is not damaged.
c) Make sure that the device is connected to a
power socket with the correct voltage and pro-
tection (seeTechnical details

a) Set the heater to the desired output level by
pressing one or both device switches (see also

level.
 You have now switched on the device.

a) Switch one or both device switches off.
 Let the device cool down.

Faults

For troubleshooting, observe the following general
rules:
– All work must be carried out by trained and au-
thorised technicians.
– During the statutory warranty period, all work on
the device must be carried out by the manufac-
turer or by persons authorised by the manufac-
turer.
a) Let the device cool down.
b) Wear suitable protective clothing.
c) Before restarting the device, install all safety
devices as attached at the factory.
d) Check that the safety devices are working
properly.
e) After completion of the work, remove all tools
and objects from the working area around the
device.
