■ Never vacuum without a fi l-
ter or with a damaged fi lter.
The vacuumed dust would
penetrate the appliance
and damage the motor.
■ Do not wash the fi lter in a
washing machine or a dish-
washer.
The motor protection filter should
be replaced every time a new
pack of dust bags is opened.
1. Pull the mains plug (13) out of
the socket.
2. Use the release handle (6) to
unlock the lid for the dust bag
compartment (3) and swing it
upwards to open.
